Dr. Heidi Golden is the founder of Golden Ecology LLC (GEco). She is a broadly trained ecologist and evolutionary biologist with a strong desire to facilitate healthy, sustainable ecosystems. Her knowledge of ecosystem science, often in combination with the power of genomics, helps determine underlying ecological problems in order to facilitate creative workable solutions.

 

She earned her PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Connecticut and her MS in Forestry and Wildlife Management from the University of Massachusetts. Knowledge from these degrees and wisdom gained from over thirty years of research, field, laboratory, and consulting experience guide her company's philosophy and work ethic, and are inculcated into every project GEco undertakes.
